Tanya Sollorz

Tanya started providing doula services in 2024, after spending the last almost 15 years working in community mental health and aged care services.
Tanya has completed a Diploma in Community service and a Diploma in Counselling. Tanya has received a Death Doula Certificate through IAP College and has completed also completed Doula training through Death Doulas Jill Townsend and Fiona Whitmore as well as End of Life Essentials through SA Health. Tanya has also completed studies for spiritual counselling and other complimentary therapies.
Tanya holds mental health first aid, first aid, and is a psychological first responder for emergency events. Tanya also has training in CBT and ACT modalities, Trauma Informed Care, Grief and Loss, Dementia Training, and various other mental health, aged and community service related topics.
Tanya is a member of NDAN (Natural Death Advocacy Network and HELD.
Tanya provides doula services by incorporating her skills and knowledge from studies and from working in the mental health and aged care industries. Sessions are delivered in a safe and peaceful environment.
