My name is Rachael and I am an End of Life Educator and Support Worker. I specialise in end of life education, administration and practical in-home supports for those who are end of life, their families and carers. I also work with families experiencing infant and baby loss. My work is driven by providing comfort and clarity during one of life’s most challenging transitions. I guide clients through all aspects of the end of life journey in alignment with values and final wishes, including bereavement and grief care.
