All pricing includes GST. Travel within a 20km radius of the Bunbury CBD is included.
Advance Care Directive Planning
Includes one-on-one planning, discussion of your wishes, and document preparation for
witnessing.
• $150 per person (2 hours)
• $280 per couple (4 hours)
Planning & Support Packages
Use these hours for any service or support provided by Empower In Life & Death.
Time is tracked in 30-minute blocks, and regular timesheets are shared for transparency.
Pre-purchase a package of hours for flexible use:
• 5 hours – $375
• 10 hours – $750
• 20 hours – $1,400
Active Dying Support Package
12 hours of bedside and care support during the active dying stage – $1,320
Services include:
• Vigil support and space preparation (music, lighting, candles, etc.)
• Emotional and practical support for loved ones
• Advocacy for client wishes
• Liaison with medical teams (e.g. changes in condition, symptom management)
• Assistance with post-death arrangements
• Support with organ donation coordination (if applicable)
Additional hours (if required): $120 per hour after 12 hours.
Hourly Rate if Extra Hours Required
$75 per hour (8 am – 5 pm Mon - Fri)
$110 per hour (After Hours)
