Packages can be customised to suit your needs and can be focused on one area of needs such as care/respite, planning, support, legacy, end of life events or you can choose a general package that covers all areas of support as the need arises. Packages start at 5 hours. Services can be personal 1:1, as a family/friends group, in home/at a care facility, phone support or over Zoom. A combination of these options is often used as the need arises. |
